How long will it take for my order to arrive?

• Great Britain: Please allow 7-10 working days for your order to arrive during peak times.  
• Standard Shipping Cost: £3.95 

How do I track my order?
You should receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped with a tracking number, please enter your tracking number here https://fastdespatch.com/en/track for live updates. 

My shipment never arrived. What do I do?

Where does Spotlight Oral Care ship?
From our UK website we ship to:
England, Scotland and Wales, Isle of Man, Jersey & Guernsey.
Northern Ireland customers can shop on our EU website.

Can I amend my order once it has been placed?
Please note that during peak periods it is not possible to amend orders.

Extended Christmas Returns
In addition to our standard returns policy, any unopened and unused items ordered online between Friday 1st November 2024 and Wednesday 25th December 2024 can be returned up until, and including Sunday 12th January 2025.We cannot, unfortunately, refund any items that have been opened.What is your return policy?

What is your return policy?
You can return unopened and unused items for a full refund within 28 days of receiving your original order. We cannot, unfortunately, refund any items that have been opened.

If you wish to return your order to us please ensure that the items are unused, unopened and in their original packaging.

How do I start a return exchange?
