How to use

Morning Two minutes with the Sonic brush and the Advanced Action toothpaste.

Evening Brush again, then dip the brush in the Anti-Stain powder and brush as normal. This is the step that stops tea, coffee and red wine building up.

After brushing Rinse with the Fresh Breath mouthwash.

Replace your brush head every three months.
