  1. Prep - Wash and dry lips and surrounding skin. Avoid oil or balms.
  2. Apply - Peel off adhesive and apply tape across closed lips and press gently.

Yes. You can wear mouth tape if you wear a retainer over night and are able to breath through your nose. If you are unsure of comfort level with braces or concerned, please speak to your dentist.

- Anyone who cannot breathe comfortably through their nose (due to congestion, allergies, deviated septum, nasal polyps, chronic sinus issues).
- Individuals with suspected or diagnosed moderate–severe sleep apnoea.
- Anyone with respiratory illnesses such as asthma flare-ups, COPD, or current infections.
- People with claustrophobia, anxiety, or panic disorders, where taping may trigger distress.
- Children under 16 without professional guidance.
- Individuals with skin sensitivities or allergies to adhesives.
- Anyone who experiences night-time nasal blockage, for example during colds or sinus infections.
