Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Unopened & unused items purchased online can be returned for a full refund within 28 days of delivery. All refunds will be via original method of payment. Items returned must be as new, sealed, in the original packaging and in re-saleable condition. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the delivery docket received with your order.
No responsibility can be accept or items that are lost in transit so it is recommended that all items are returned via recorded delivery.
Personalised Brushes: Due to the bespoke nature of the product, Personalised toothbrushes are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please ensure correct spelling prior to purchase.
Refunds: Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Once returned, your refund will be processed on the original card of purchase, within 7-10 days. We may need to contact you further to make the necessary arrangements to process the refund.
Late or missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund within two weeks of the confirmation email:
- Contact your bank or credit card provider, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact our Customer Service team.
Exchanges: We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If an exchange, is needed please contact our Customer Service team.
Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning products.
