How do I use the set?

Brush twice daily for two minutes with your Sonic One and Advanced Action Whitening Toothpaste. For an extra whitening boost, apply toothpaste, dip your brush head into the Whitening Powder and brush as normal.
Use the Whitening Strips once a day for 7 days. Dry your teeth, apply the longer strip to your top teeth and the shorter strip to your bottom teeth for up to 60 minutes, then remove and brush as normal.

Who is the set suitable for?

The set is designed for adults. The Whitening Powder isn't suitable for anyone under the age of 16, and the Whitening Strips should be avoided during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Can I use it on crowns and veneers?

Yes, the Sonic One is safe to use on crowns and veneers. The whitening products will lift surface stains but won't change the original shade of crowns, veneers or fillings.
How long does the battery last?

Up to 30 days on a full charge, based on brushing twice daily for 2 minutes. A full charge takes 4 hours.
How often should I change the brush head?

We recommend changing your brush head every 3 months. Spotlight Sonic replacement heads are available separately.
Is the set vegan and cruelty free?
